Use Apple's "Image Capture" program, included with OS X. Also updating to the latest drivers may solve your problem, at least according to Canon. I haven't tested the latest drivers yet.
Print a test page using the menu controls. If that comes out blank the chances are either the cartridges are empty or the nozzless are clogged. If so clean them with the pink fluid you get with refill kits, or use the cleaning setting of your printer.
hey place the document in scanner feeder hen go to control pannel select the scanner and camera wizard click on canon scanner click next and scan the document
you need to in stall the drivers on your computer for the printer. and make sure you phone is not connected to the printer at the time you are trying to use it with your computer as this can cause problems to.
i was told that the printer needs to be directly connected to the imac (not airport) for the scanner to work.
i have the same issue w/ the airport extreme.
