9 month old electrolux oxygen vacuum just quit

it sounds like a filter needs cleaned

That problem have 2 causes..#1 is loose electrical connection inside or on the power cord..#2 is worn out carbon brush inside of vacuum motor..

Carbon brush is the one of the most serviceable parts of a vacuum cleaner because our vacuum cleaner motor is very hard working parts so the brush inside will possible worn or not connected to the armature of rotor...

If your carpet is quite new then sounds like its choked .Clear out all hoses check for blockages..

You have a problem with the electrical switches. If you are comfortable with this, take apart and double check internal wiring to make sure nothing was frayed, or disconnected. Make sure it is unplugged. If you know how to operate a multimeter, you can use it to check continuity in each switch.

You need to change the belt

just carrys eletrolux name
the original electrolux is now called aerus

the vacuum you have is made by eureka (cheap)
the original electrolux today is called aerus

is there a filter in it if so clean the filter.try it without the bag in it.make sure the bag is in correctly.does the bag expand when you turn it on.you might have something caught up in the hose.take the hose off and blow througfh it.if you can't its clogged.also check the inlet where the dirt goes into the bag.the inlet might be clogged.please leave feedback

my oxygen has a little red lever on lh side of bag enclosure, that has to be pushed to left and bag then is free to be removed. make sure you have the correct bag to replace.
