Go into sound settings and setup from there,or it could be were you plug your head set into could be faulty.or it could be the end bit of your head set,try another head set.

you can check the your colour system changed by mistakenly by yourself to go to setting and ,also try to re tune the channels or one channel.
if problem still there check the your tv has sound output socket or hedphone socket.
try with hedphones.
if not you must need to go to repair professional .if head phone working. it is a problem of your internal speaker or hedphone socket itself.

have look at your system indicator?? if CPU are full a too long time it overheat and the computer shotdown try to see less page at the same time and close useless programmes
