Zeepad stopped working

Hello. My niece's Zeepad that I purchased from Amazon has stopped working. Please find the order number and detailed product information below. I am wondering if there is any kind of manufacturer's warranty on this product to get it replaced? SOURCE: my zeepad 7.o android will not pass the first screen showing zeepad alone.

Am having problem to open up my tablet, when i powered it the icons don't show up for me to unlock it.but it shows the wifi signal and the screen picture i put on.

Buy a mobile broadband dongle. You will then have the advantage of 3G internet access. These dongles are readily available in mobile phone shops.
