The output voltage is below the alarm setting as determined by setup parameters 59 and 60.

Verify the output voltage using a voltage meter. If correct, verify setup parameters 59 and 60. If alarm condition continues, bypass the UPS and turn the UPS switch off. Call your service representative.

You will have to consult the user manual for the default password. Usually default passwords are admin/admin.

Depending on how old the UPS is, it may have dead batteries. To get the user manual, go to eaton.com/5115. You can also call 1 800 356 5737 or email [email protected]

your problem could be related to a dispay board or possible CSB board.
