49.XXXX is a fatal catch-all error. Could be firmware problem, network, print job. If the error occurs when you try to print, clear the print queue. If the error occurs when the printer is just sitting idle, reseat the formatter. Try powering on without the network cable attached. If it still happens replace the formatter. Could be a corrupt print job being sent to printer. Print something else.
494 c18 error belongs to 3 reason
1- check ur print server Que may be any junk file will be there or error documents will be there.(if you are using windows 7 then it easy to solve}
2-- printer firmware problem- update your printer firmware latest,
if we use xp and above operating system we no need softwere for this usb hard disk. iam also useing this drive to put softwere and data on it but i have not softwere need but i get softwere when purchase. it is use as pen drive( nepal)
there is two case one physical damage or softere damage. u can repair softwere problem. if you have bord cd there is touch pad softwere. right mouse click on my computer click hardwere look softwere stall or not stall . if not stall. click on river ....click....click . you can stall softwere. if physical damage cnotat t o tech.( it is better to re in stall once time if softwere problem)
Hi Yes, sorry just saw this comment. Swap out C7, C17 and C18 in the power supply. Also I would check if you are getting 9Volts to the motor control IC's pin 7 coming off of C005 on the Mechanism Board which is under the unit. The hole for the C005 cap was drilled into a very narrow section of the circuit board and has marginal connection at best.. mine stopped working because of this 6 months after I fixed the power supply.
these are capacitors. The c18 and c36 are the location of the capacitors on the power supply board. The 2200uf is the capacitance of the capacitor and the 10v in the voltage the capacitor can handle. You should be able to purchase these at radio shack or most electronic supply stores. However to replace them you will need to know how to desolder the old caps and resolder in the new ones.
