Did you change the power pack?
Check the connectors and connection between transfer belt unit and high voltage board.
Also make sure the machine is clean (near HV board and transfer )

could not find model 5470, however a SC 401 on all models is transfer leak error, meaning you need to replace the transfer roller (or more realistically have a trained technician replace it) this should solve your issue, if there is no maintenance on your your machine it will cost you between $200- $300 in parts and labor

press "clear mode", "107", then press and hold down "clear/stop" key for about 3 sec., until SP menu display, touch "copier sp" on screen, enter 581002 then press 1, then turn power off and back on. see what's happen. good luck !

SC542 is a warm up error from the fuser.

SC 870 is an address book error.

Turn the power off on the copier. Wait 30 seconds and then turn the power back on. See if it goes away.
