The problem is in your finisher and the quickest solution to get your copier running is to unplug the finisher and move it away from the copier. Take a tray off the finisher and put it on the copier where the paper comes out. (If the paper comes out too slow and causes a misfeed the tension springs need to be put back on over the exit rollers in the left door, write if you still have trouble)
The Engrish service manual sayeth:
F1-11: Finisher 1 pusher motor trouble/Finisher 2 boomerang rotation abnormality.
What this doublespeak means is that something is blocking your motor's ability to function when it goes through its' power on self test. First thing you should never do is put anything near, around, or under the finisher. I went on a lot of calls for F1 errors and either unjammed a finisher from the wall or unstuck a toner or paper box from under the tray. Next thing is to open the front door, move the plate from side to side, and look for bits of paper wedged in anywhere. Spray any photoelectric sensor you see with a can of air. And check those squishy orange rollers and see if they're swollen. Could be you have a dead motor, which would be at the rear of the finisher or inside one of the trays. Good luck!!
