If the memory card is full, the phone may hang. Sometimes the memory card may also develop errors and as a result, freezes the phone. In Sony Erricson phones, the phone sometimes turns off and on.
The solution to this is to format the phone, how ever all data in the memory card will be lost.
If possible, you can backup your data in a pc.
