Wires in connector from back to front half of gogo ultra scooter came loose .need color wire sequence to reinstall boot

Pride Go-Go are a range of scooters in 3 and 4 wheel. With a multimeter, test continuity from pin to pin across the connector. The best idea is to take it to a local dealer as they have access to factory data. The controller wiring is complicated and models of controllers has changed over the years. There is some help in the link but not a lot.

hi, okay that a system controller fault however it can also be a loose connection around the controller area, removing the connectors that go into the controller has worked for me, if not it's normally a resistor network inside the controller.

This illustrated parts breakdown will allow you to follow the wiring harnesses and check and test all the interconnects. This manual will allow you to remove covers and locate parts. Some basic problems can be solved by checking for loose, disconnected, burnt or damaged wiring and connectors. This manual will also give you part numbers. It is best to check with customer service before ordering parts since there are parts changes based on Model and serial number.
Just as a point of reference, most issues for this model can be found in the electronics assembly console, the plugs at the controller and the battery box connections and HIDDEN fuses. B7 page 30 is a good example of a hidden fuse on the battery box that is sometimes burnt out. E3 page 28 is another hidden fuse. Hope this helps.

The wiring interconnects on these scooter are all modular and the blow up assembly diagrams are all you need to trace the wiring and replace components. Aside from a dealer log in to the manufacturer's website you can go to southwest medical's website and get all the information on the wiring and parts. Hope this helps.

There is this set of wires that run from the tiller head to the scooter body On most of the newer scooters you must remove this cable to split the scooters front half from the back half. This cable has a bunch of wires and pins at its connection point. You need a VOM meter only $9

Turn the scooter off, disconnect the battery, leave the cable plugged up. With respect to the cable, every wire going in must come out. We want to check the continuity of this cable. To do this take the vom meter set it for the highest ohm setting short the probes zero the meter. Look for wires running to the connector you will see the back side of the pins, put a probe on a backside of the pin , now goto the other side of the cable. probe around those wire, for every wire going into the connector/cable combo there should be a wire running out. These cable get pushed pins the female pins can spread to the point were its intermittent. This cable can often be seen being dragged across the ground they ofter get snagged damaging them

Hi Linda. Sometimes if there is a blown fuse or faulty connector on the battery leads, the charger thinks the batteries are charged as the voltage coming out of the charger rises to the high level. Some chargers will cut out if this happens. It is probably not the charger.
Make sure the batteries are plugged in correctly, sometimes during transport they will get knocked and become disconnected.
Also make sure that the battery terminals are not loose where the wires connect to the batteries.

Check the connections between the battery and motor, if the rear come apart check there connections there,

If the connection with the batteries string loaded, rough them up slighty with a wire brush but be gentle and is there freewheel lever right in position for drive.
