Hi did you find a solution my 60 " tv has a similar issue.. the green light stays on but nothing.. please help

You've mad the right decison; fuses can fail due to metal fatigue as they flex a little each time current flows through them of ceases but a 2nd fuse is unlikely to fail instantly.
This indicates a true problem.
If you found the fuse, it was probably located on the main power supply board and this item has likely failed.
Look for an assembly number on that board and call a Mitsu service company and inquire about repair or replacement cost.
Either one can range from ~$75 to $150.
It would be interesting to know if the fuse blew as soon as the unit was plugged back in or only when you tried to turn it on with the remote or power button on the set.
If it blew only by plugging it in, that power board is the culprit.
If it blew as you tried to turn it on, it could be a failed 2nd power supply for the CRTs that is often located separate from the main supply where the fuse was.
About any E-tech could ferret out the which of the two is at fault so you might consider having a pro do the repair but if you know the failure sequence you might choose to gamble on making the decision yourself.
Good luck-

Hi.
There is a service bulletin. The problem is usually caused by a defective DM power board. Before replacement, the power board must be tested. Rather than replacing the whole board, the repair job is done testing and replacing at component level.
Here from Mitsubishi Bulletin:
Chassis V21 (this TV): Check C9B01, C9B02, C9B03, C9B13, C9B14, C9B17 and C9B18 (1000 uFD, 16V, 105C) on the DM Power PCB located within the DM Assembly. If they are bad, replace them with part # 181P734030 (680 uFD, 16V, 105C).
Here Service Manual - Chassis V21
Here Tv Repair Kit (not necessarily the cure, parts must be tested, the repair involves testing and soldering and must be done by a trained person).
Regards.
Ginko.

Sounds like a Picture in Picture screen popping up, but if you do not have a signal from another tuner, it will be blank.
Try hitting the PIP button on your remote to see if it turns it off and on.
Plus go into the tv menu and find the PIP settings.

You will need to replace IC8c00 (STK 393-110) . This is your convergence IC. You will need to measure all of the 6.8 ohm resistors, replace as necessary. These resistors will have blue, gray and gold stripes, there may be sixteen of these. Expect to replace at least three of these if not more. Replace caps C8c05 (25 volts at 100Mf),C8c07 (25 volts at 100Mf). Other caps to replace are C2c86 (25 volt at 10Mf),C2V17 (25 volt at 10 MF) and C601 (350 volt at 1 Mf). you will also need a keen eye to resolder connections behind tuner TU1A02 (says RF). Jumper sockets CE,RG,DM,VU,DP,EL. Check and resolder socket connections KC,KB,AV1,AV2 and resolder IC 2p30. And you will also need to pull the power supply board, resolder jumper connections CE, RG, DM, VU, DP, and EL. Resolder the vertical IC , this IC will be of the LA78XX series,(do not use excess solder and short the pins). Resolder the horizontal transformer, and the flyback transformer. You will need a keen eye to visually inspect bad grounds on power resistors, horizontal transistor, horizontal output transistor any any and all regulator transistors located on heat sinks. This may seem complicated, time and patience will repair this. Spend an hour a day for two weeks to fix this. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!
