Cannot send messages when browsing in offline mode

Send Photo via Text MessageOpen the “Messages” app.

Select the + icon, then choose a recipient or open an existing message thread.

Select the + icon to add an attachment.

Tap the Camera icon to take a picture, or tap the Gallery icon to browse for a photo to attach.

Add text if desired, then tap the MMS button to send your image with your text message.

You can download ebooks to your tablet for reading offline. But the data rates for downloading the books still apply unless connected to wifi. Free Wifi is available at most fast food stores, libraries, and hotels. You can use these places to connect and download ebooks then read them at home.
It is also a good idea to turn on airplane mode whenever you do not want your device to use data as other applications (System updates, facebook, amazon apps, etc) will also use data even when they are not open on your screen, many will continue to run in the background.

GOTO DATA OPTIONS SWITCH ON TO ENABLE INTERNET THEN GOTO CHROME YOU WILL HAVE INTERNET

Which messaging App are you using as your default SMS app? also, Is the person that is trying to share the image, sending it via MMS? as that is the text message format that allows attaching and sending pictures.

you have to actually turn off the app services from running in the back ground. Badoo is an app which runs on the background even iff you close the app window itself. If you go to Settings.>Apps> Running apps, you will see its still running. If you select the app and stop the running services you will then be offline.

That is why its important to read the app service agreement before you download. it will tell you if the app has a service like this ahead of time. These services also affect battery life.

Check ur internet connection and internet setting

Click the center keypad left until you see the "Messaging" option.
Click "New Message."Click "Text Message."


Enter the telephone number of the person (or people) you wish to send the message to. You can also select people from your contact list by clicking "Add" and then clicking "From Contacts." Select the contacts you wish to text by clicking "Mark" and then click "Done" when everyone has been selected.

Click down until you are in the "Text" box. Type in the message you wish to send. Click "Send."

it will really show you're offline if your status is invisible mode. are you receiving IM from anyone of your contacts? or have you tried sending an IM to them? if yes, what happened? did they receive your message or did you receive their message? please post back so i can help you isolate the problem.

If you attempt to send a message that is too large for your mail server you may be unable to delete it from the Outbox.
First, try setting Outlook offline using the File, Offline menu. Wait about a minute or so or close Outlook and reopen.
If you are unable to delete the message while in offline mode or cannot go into offline mode, you'll need to change your default delivery location Try this,hope it will work for you.
