If there is a fault happend the error code should appear on the display (as shown picture below) :

There are two types of error code, first one that begins with a letter "C" and a mean customer fault code that can eliminate by the customer.
for example:
C1 - means "Telescopic runner inside during pyrolyse"
Remedy: "Remove side grids during pyrolyse"

Faults that begin with letter "F" require the expertise of a service technician especially when it comes to new ovens powered and controlled by electronics.

for example:
F 239 means: Quantum Touch Controller alarm:
1. If the communication over the bus SPI with the Quantum touch is after 50 trials unsuccessful than alarm is set. The alarm is reset if the communication is okay again.
Could be:
1. Connections Board Touch.
2. Board Touch fault.

Oddly, I don't find this error code. In fact, every one of the error codes for the Kenmore He2 begin with a letter, not a number.

Likely, 3 days. In my experience mailing from a zip code that begins with the number "2" to a California zip code beginning with a "9"...it typically takes 4 days. Mailing from zipcode 2_ _ _ _ to any zipcode beginning with a 1, 2, 3, or 4 takes 1-3 days. (Zip code numbers increase as you move west across the USA, and I think the LONGEST a 1st class letter usually takes is 4 days.)

The SHU4326 and 4326 models use "Regular Wash" and "Rinse Hold" to begin the test while the other three series in this section use "Scrub Wash" and "Delicate/Econo," but all use the same set of fault codes, shown not as lights but as numbers on the Cycle Countdown display. For the code to be checked the radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
RN* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

F21 is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed.

1. First, attempt to unplug the washer for at LEAST 30 minutes to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). Sometimes this is all that is required to correct momentary glitches with the unit. If the error code returns, proceed to step 2.
2. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
3. Check the pump strainer. There are three screws at the very bottom of washer. You will need and extension and a star tip. I used a 9/32 socket to remove them. The front cover slides right off. Facing you is the pump strainer. Big white piece of plastic right in the middle. Turn the large white knob counter-clockwise to remove it and clean. It is the only thing you can unscrew by hand. Open it and clean anything you find out.

All error codes start with the letter "E". An error code of E11 will have the five indicator lights flash once and the Start indicator light flash once.

Probably a a motherboard fault, and beyond economic repair. Sorry.

when you use the "preset keys" (the keys on the radio with numbers on them) to enter the code, each time you press a code number, a letter appears [c, o, d, e]. once the word is spelled out, from entering the correct 5 digits, the radio is reset, ready to go.

BUT if you miss a number, enter a wrong number, whatever, each number pressed, still makes a letter appear from the word "code". once the word is spelled out, by entering ANY 5 numbers, if ANY of the 5 is wrong, the radio displays a message "Error" and then a number 1 thru 10.

When you see the word "Error..."

the next preset button you push, starts the whole thing over again. The radio says "Enter code". That is when you enter the 1st of the 5 digits, the letter C appears, enter the next digit, the letter O appears, enter the next digit, the letter D appears, enter the last digit, the letter E apperas, the radio is reset, ready to go, if you got the 5 correct numbers entered.

you have 10 chances to enter the right 5 digit code. Each wrong try of 5 digits yeilds a display of "Error 1", "Error 2", "Error 3", etc 'till you get to 10 incorrect tries of 5 digits each.

If you dont get it right in 10 tries, you have to leave the radio "on" for an hour, then it will let you start the 10 tries over again.
