Vacuum flask liners have faded from the general scene
However if you try the specialist cooking tensile shops ( shops that handle pots, pans knives and all lines for the kitchen) you may get a shop that can still source the liner for you

contact the manufacturer for one if it is available but normally it will be worth more than a new unit especially if freight is involved.

Good luck on your warranty. I'm sure it will be pro-rated. 10 years is a long time for a liner to last. It usually costs 2,000-3,000 for a new liner and installation.

Hi:

That's an easy one. First unplug power cable and remove the gun from the machine.

a. Lay the gun and cable straight on a flat surface.

b. Remove and save the gas nozzle and nozzle insulator.

Make sure that the set screw in the gas diffuser

is backed out so as not to damage the liner.

Use the 5/64" (2.0 mm) Allen wrench provided with your new liner.

Remove and save the gas diffuser from the end of

the gun tube assembly. Remove and save the liner

nut from connector end.

c. Remove old liner and insert a new untrimmed liner

into the connector end of the cable. Be sure the new liner

it's appropriately for the wire size being used.

d. Before installing the gas diffuser, fully seat the liner

bushing in the connector end and install the liner nut

and finger tighten.

e. Be sure the cable is straight and then trim the liner (all new liners are over-sized and need to be cut to your gun lenght) 9/16" to 1" over sized to the length of your gun without the tip holder. Remove any burrs from the end of the liner.

f. Screw the gas diffuser (tip holder) onto the end of the gun tube

and tighten with the wrench provided.

g. Tighten the set screw in the side of the gas diffuser
against the cable liner using the Allen wrench provided.

h. Replace the nozzle insulator and gas nozzle.

If the welding wire is inside the liner and got stuck, you must change the liner, it is an easy fix. Take the gun off the machine and take off nozzle, and tip holder, you will need an allen key for this. Pull out the liner form the bottom of the gun and replace it with a new one. You can buy new liner at any welding shop/store. I will recommend praxair, the carry the prostar line which is very inexpensive, a new liner will cost you around 15 bucks.
