Go into mommy mode and start the "add applications" application. This is where you select what will appear in Nabi mode. Be sure to check the box next to Subway Surfers (and any other apps you want kids to use) so it will be available when in kids (Nabi) mode.

If by "Reboot" you mean turn-off and restart, your CMOS battery is probably bad and not able to supply enough power to the bios to retain your time settings. Replace the CMOS battery.
Many web sites require the proper date and time on the surfer's PC. For example, Microsoft Update will not allow downloads if the surfer's PC date and time are far out of syncwith the real time. Ironically, even the Update Time function on the surfer's PC will not work if it is too far out of sync.
