HAVE YOU TRIED PUSHING THE RED "RESET" BUTTON?
SOURCE: electrolux power nozzle not working
FIRST OFF EACH OF YOU HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MACHINE. ESPECIALLY THE OXYGEN WHICH IS MADE BY THE "NEW" ELECTROLUX. THE OTHER TWO ARE MADE BY THE "OLD" ELECTROLUX WHICH IN NOW CALLED AERUS. THE ADVICE WITH THE GUARDIAN TO GET IT SERVICED BY THE DEALER SINCE THE POWER NOZZLE IS PROBABLY STILL UNDER WARRANTY IS A GOOD IDEA. (THE 25 YR. WARRANTY DOESN'T APPLY TO THE WHOLE MACHINE SO YOU HAVE TO READ CAREFULLY WHATS COVERED. THE MAIN MOTOR DEFINITELY IS.)
ASIDE FROM ALL THAT
DID ANY OF YOU HIT THE RESET BUTTON ON TOP OF THE POWER HEAD?!
SOURCE: Electrolux 2100 vac dies when you attach hose even with new bag.
If the bag full light keeps coming on, you can first try adjusting the dial on top of the vacuum cleaner. If that does not work, then you need to change the control valve. This is an internal component of the canister and is directly below the dial. You will need to follow the instructions on a previous post to open the Electrolux plastic canister vacuum, and remove the bage cage. Once you remove the bage cage you can change the control valve, and this will solve your problem with the bag full indicator.

No you have a clog in the hose, wand or at the power head. Remove the hose wand and power head from the the vacuum. Turn on the vacuum, put the palm of your hand over the hole in front, you should feel plunty of suction. Then replace just the hose and put the palm of your hand over the end of the hose. If you do not have suction the clog is in the hose. You can try putting the hose on the blower port to blow out the clog or use the wire from a coat hanger. If you have suction, then add just the wand and repeat. If you have suction, then the clog is in the neck of power head, you will have to use a coat hanger to clear it.

As you undoubtedly know, this is a pretty old vacuum. Manufactured and sold in the mid-70's, if you haven't had any service or maintenance done on it, I highly recommend doing so.
Some potential problems are:
Clogged hose. If there is a clogged hose, the motor has to work harder, and will eventually burn out. You can check for a clog by dropping a marble or coin in one end of the hose and holding that end up so object can roll through. If it doesn't roll through, there's a clog. This can often be remove by simply attaching the hose to the exhaust port, placing other end into a garbage bag, and turning the vacuum on.
Leaky hose. If you have the original hose, it's very likely to have multiple leaks. A common place for a big leak is where hose attaches to the end connectors. To test for leaks, attach hose to the exhaust port, pour a small amount of liquid dish soap into the other end, and turn on. Bubbles forming on the exterior of the hose indicate where leaks are and how bad they are. The hose needs replaced if bad leakage is indicated.
Motor/fan assembly worn out. Again, this vacuum has seen a lot of years. If it still has the original motor, there's a good likelihood it needs replaced. Having it cleaned may extend the life of your vacuum, but it's hard to tell how long. The fan blades are metal, so should be good.
As far as tune-ups go, yes there are. It should be taken to an authorized Aerus Electrolux store if this is what you want. They're the only place you get get genuine parts. Replacement parts carry a one year warranty. Be aware that it may be more cost effective to purchase a new Aerus vacuum and get a minimum five year full warranty. Up to 20 year warranties are available depending on the machine purchased.
