Franke flair trips the electric when turned on

The problem is probably a damage boiler heating element. It have brake out at a point so it making electrical contact with water and so with body and finaly with earthing of the electrical system and thus trips the main fuse which is the erthing protection system.
So you need to replace the heating element. You need also a good inspection to find if their is another reason why the heating element blow up or if its just because of exeed use of the machine.

DESCALING The Saphira has an integrated descaling program. The procedure takes about 60 minutes. Once started, the descaling procedure may not be stopped. • When acid-containing descalers are used, immediately remove any splashes or drops on sensitive surfaces, particularly from natural stone and wood surfaces. Also, take the appropriate safety precautions. • Turn off the Saphira by pressing the "ON/OFF" button. • Press the button "Descale" until an acoustic signal is heard. • Display: EMPTY DRIP TRAY (Fig.1) • Display: INSERT AGENT IN TANK • Display: PRESS DECALCIFYING Dissolve 2 DESCALING tablets completely in 2.5 cups of water in a vessel and pour the mixture into the empty water tank.
