Hi,

In that case you will need to contact your carrier, and check your data plan.

My phone is set up for verizon service using no sim card and now i have service through page plus cellular but i cannot access the internet. How can i access the internet?

Page Plus offers very limited data with some of its plans. You can buy extra data now but the $39.95 unlimited plan is enough data to last you all month for picture messages, not enough to google on your phone all mmonth. The boulder is not a smart phone per say, not like an i-phone etc, so googling is very basic and checking email is easy enough. I wouldnt recommend this phone if you want a smart phone Do pic nmessages work?
