i would go with a defective headset the button is to be pressed to ans. calls which is why it's hanging up when a call comes in and you are already pressing it
sir if ur charger is working then try with another headset or try ur headset with other phone or if charger is also not working then u just have to contact nearest service centre for support good luck
It may be that the phone does not play music through bluetooth and that it only plays through the earphones that come with the phone. The only way to find out is to read the documentation on the phone or try another bluetooth headset, really.
The headset cannot be faulty as it pairs correctly and it works with calls. Bluetooth headsets are not really intended for playing music as it drastically reduces battery life.
