iFit is a subscription service, you have not connected to WiFi, haven't subscribed, haven't paid, so you don't get the service. You can't 'reset it'.

If you have a workout machine that is supported by iFit Live technology and does not require a wireless module then there are a few steps to configure it. First, make sure you are connected to the internet. To do this tap on the little "i" in the bottom right hand corner of the touchscreen and then tap wireless network. Next to your home wireless network tap "connect", then done. After you are connected we need to check the version of the firmware. to do this click on the picture of the gears on the bottom right hand of the screen. You will see a version number on the top left. The current version is 5.12 but may be advanced by the time you read this. tap the update firmware button. This will take about five minutes and will then prompt you to cycle the power on your machine. After the power is cycled and the machine is back on tap "iFit Live Workouts". Then tap "Live Workouts". It will ask you to login using the information provided when you registered. After you login there will be a big green start button. Tap that and your machine will be registered online and it will pull off of the internet a demo workout. Finally, go online to ifit.com and log in with the same information as above and download the workouts and programs you desire.

If you are talking about connecting a laptop to a network check that the wifi icon in the system tray is present. If it is hover your mouse above it and click in order to make it display available networks. Highlight the network you wish to connect to and click on the connect button.
It may be that your wifi card is not enabled, different machines have different procedures for enabling disabled wifi cards.

In most cases, the main cause for your machine not to connect is an incorrect WIFI password. If you have not changed your password, it is usually located on the bottom of your router.

This console is very easy to set up and use. If you have a router that has the WPS feature, just press the button on the front of the router then in the information mode of your equipment choose the WiFi WPS setup.
Set your machine to display the Information Screen. On a treadmill press and hold the STOP button as you place the magnetic key. On a bike or elliptical check in your owners guide but you ususally press and hold the "hamburger" or calorie button.
Use the arrow keys to select WiFi normal then press ENTER.
This screen reminds you of the WiFi setup card that came with your equipment. It will be needed to enter a password for your router.
Select your router from the list.
If your router needs a password enter it using the overlay card to find the correct buttons.
You will be presented with instructions to go to ifit.com/connect to enter this token. You must log in first.
Enter the same token you saw on the screen and your equipment will be connected to iFit.

Anyways, there is a solution. I dont think this post was ever resolved, so I ran across this site that offered a few steps that allowed me to fix the reboot issue and a few nice folks who would reply to any questions.
This sounds like a common problem with ifit on treadmills. I came across this site a few weeks back and it helped! There's a few folks there that could offer suggestions too. best of luck!
o1 Check the connection cablebetween the Pro-Form device and the home stereo, computer, television or VCR ifthe iFit program is not working. Ensure that both the Pro-Form device and thestereo device are both turned on in order to function properly.o2 Connect the Pro-Form deviceto the computer prior to logging onto the website iFit.com if the iFit programsare not downloading or operating on the computer. The fitness device mustremain plugged into the computer at all times in order to use the iFit programsduring the workout.o3 Insert the console key andpress the "Program Select" button repeatedly if the iFit program isnot working properly. Ensure that the fitness device is connected to thedesired output device, such as the computer, television, VCR or MP3 player. TheiFit indicator should be lit on the console display.o4 Press the "Start"button on the console if the time display is flashing on the Pro-Form device console.The iFit program will not function while the time display is flashing.o5 Listen for a chirping soundif the incline or speed changes suddenly on the fitness device. The chirpingsound indicates that a speed or incline change is about to take place, even ifthe iFit program has not announced the change.
Had the same problem ...it seems my list of problems is growing not getting shorter....it's been two weeks and the thing still isn't running yet becasue the calibrate system fails, wifi is connected but no internet , speakers hum, ..this small system runs android but it runs so SLOW......even the latch bar couldn't be installed because the hole underneath was too small for the screw to go thru....
