Either CPU or GPU is getting too heated up.. Try to clean and apply thermal paste on your CPU GPU chips.. Usually cpu gets heated up when you've a weak SMPS output.. Check that too with known good one power unit.
Right click on that pps file:
1. Open withh
2. Chose default program
3. Browse and hose Power Point
4. And check box with (Always use selected program to open this kind of file
First, press CTRL + ALT+ DELETE and bring up the task manager. If there is no response, you could try a hard reset. Either hold down the power button for a few seconds untill it shuts off, or switch the power button on back of pc off, or unplug the power. Although do this as a last result as you may lose any unsaved data. When you turn it back on it should say " windows did not shut down correctly " and it will give you a few options. Press enter on " Start Windows Normally ". See if that helps.
