How do I turn flash on and off?

The multi selector is the round control on the rear of the camera with the OK button in its center.
The flash mode button is the top button on the selector, it has a lightning flash icon.

Press the flash mode button on the multi selector.
Highlight the desired mode and press the center of the multi selector.

The flash modes are:
AUTO; Flash fires automatically when lighting is poor.
AUTO WITH RED-EYE REDUCTION; Reduces "red eye" in portraits.
OFF; Flash will not fire even when lighting is poor.
FILL FLASH; Flash fires whenever picture is taken. Use to "fill-in" (illuminate) shadows and back-lit subjects.
SLOW SYNC; Flash illuminates mainsubject; slow shutter speeds are used to capture background at night or under dim light

The selected flash mode icon appears at the top of the monitor.

I have olympus fe 4010 camera and I can't take a picture when flash on. Any idea to slove it?

Although it is difficult to understand what you mean, I will try to help you.
The camera does not know a setting with flash on. The options you have is flash auto, red eye, fill in and flash off.
So if you want to use the flash, chose flash auto, or fill in. When you are in a dark room, and making portraits, us the option red eyes. When you have the camera to full auto, you don't need to worry about the flash, because when the camera thinks there is not enough light it will flash automatically. When you chose flash off, and it is too dark the camera can't focus and can't shoot a picture.

HOW DO I SET MY CAMERA TO AUTO FOCUS

The D90 has three different autofocus modes. In the AF-S mode it will not shoot until it has focused. In the AF-C mode it will shoot when you press the shutter release button even if has not focused. In the AF-A mode the camera switches between the AF-S and AF-C modes so either can apply. Also, bear in mind that the camera doesn't really know what you're taking a picture of. It may focus on something other than your subject. If you're in the single-area AF mode then you control which of the eleven focus points the camera uses. In any of the dynamic-area AF modes the camera decides. For full details on how the various modes work, please consult your manual. You might also check out the Nikon D90 video tutorial.

Help with red flash?????

Do you mean, the AF Illuminator (the bright orange/red light that appears before the picture is taken)?? If so, all have to do is click on menu, scroll all the way to the right (into the setup menu) and go to the camera icon. From there, go down to the AF Illuminator and switch it from "Auto" to "Off".

Hope that resolves your problem!!
