SET UP
Place one set of "A-L-I-V-E" cards (color coded) in front of each player. Set aside unused "A-L-I-V-E" cards.
Shuffle the deck.
Deal out 10 cards to each player.
Place the remainder of the deck face-down in the center of the table.
Play proceeds clockwise, starting left of dealer.
WHAT HAPPENS
Players take turns playing a card onto the discard pile.
If it is a number card, add it to the running total. If this would take the total above 21, instead of playing it, you must flip over an "A-L-I-V-E" card.
If it is a WILD card, follow the appropriate instructions.
If it is your last card, the hand is over. All other players flip over an "A-L-I-V-E" card.

DRAW: All other players must pick up 1 card from the face-down deck. Counts as 0 to the running total.

DRAW 2: All other players must pick up 2 cards from the face-down deck. Count as 0 to the runing total.

PASS ME BY: Play passes to the next player in the rotation. Count as 0 to the running total.

REVERSE: Play now proceeds in an opposite direction, left to right and vice versa. If played when only two players are left, it is treated as a PASS ME BY card. Counts as 0 to the running total.

SKIP: The next player is ignored and play proceeds to the following player. If played with only two players, the player of the card would get an immediate new turn. Counts as 0 to the running total.

=21: No matter what the total was, it is now 21. Can be played when the score is already 21, when it has no effect, but avoids a penalty.

=10: The running total is now 10.

HAND IN & RE-DEAL: All players hand their cards to the player of the card. He must shuffle all the hands, including his own and re-deal them to the players.
He does not include the face down deck or the discards. He should start dealing to his left. If new hands are unequal, bad luck. Play continues as normal, but the running total is reset to 0. If this card is the last card played from a players hand, the round is over.

BOMB: When played, all other players must immediately discard a 0. If they can't, they must flip an "A-L-I-V-E" card. Running total is reset to 0.
Note: other WILD cards with a value of 0 cannot be substituted.
WINNING
The last player with an "A-L-I-V-E" CARD face up is the winner.
ALTERNATIVE SUDDEN DEATH ENDING
As soon as one player flips all "A-L-I-V-E" cards, the game ends. The player
with the most "A-L-I-V-E" cards remaining is the winner.
If there is a tie, the tied players add the total value of the number cards
remaining in their hand. The player with the lowest total wins.
ALTERNATIVE TEAM PLAY
FOR 4 TO 6 PLAYERS. DIVIDE INTO 2 TEAMS.
Team members sit alternately around the table.
Each team uses only one set of "A-L-I-V-E" cards.
All WILD cards operate as before: For example, when playing the BOMB, your team might flip several "A-L-I-V-E" cards, if the players don't have a "0".
When a player plays his last card, the opposing team loses only one life.
Play continues as normal until a team flips all "A-L-I-V-E" cards.

Is there a penaly or rule if in the card game uno they forget to say uno out loud

GOING OUT A player who forgets to say UNO before his card touches the discard pile, but "catches" himself before any other player catches him, is safe and is not subject to the penalty. You may not catch a player for failure to say UNO until his second to last card touches the DISCARD pile. Also, you may not catch a player for failure to say UNO after the next player begins his turn. "Beginning a turn is defines as either drawing a card from the DRAW pile or drawing a card from your hand to play.
If the last card played in a hand is a Draw Two or Wild Draw Four card, the next player must draw the two or four cards. These cards are counted when points are totaled.
If no one is out of cards by the time the DRAW pile is depleted, reshuffle and continue play.

I don,t know how to play skip bo

Skip Bo Instructions
Object: Be the first player to play every card in your Stock pile, by playing all of your cards in numerical order, 1 to 12. For two to six players ages seven and up.
Manufacturer: International Games/Mattel

Contents: 144 numbered cards and 18 SKIP-BO cards. 162 cards total.

Beginning Play: Shuffle the deck. Each player draws a card. The person with the highest card is the dealer. The dealer deals 30 cards to each player if there are two to four players. In five to six player games, each player is dealt 20 cards. These cards are dealt face down and form each player's Stock pile. Once all Stock piles have been dealt, each player flips the top card of their Stock pile right side up and places it on top of the pile. The remaining cards not dealt are placed face down on the table to form the draw pile.
Playing Area: Each player is going to need room for four Discard piles near their Stock pile. You will also need room for four Building piles in the center of the table near the draw pile. These piles are formed as the game progresses-so make sure you leave space for them.
Stock Pile: The top card is always face up. Each player has a Stock pile.

Draw Pile: This is the pile in the center of the playing area created with all cards remaining after Stock piles are dealt.
Building Piles: Building piles are where players build the 1-12 sequences and can only be started with a 1 or a SKIP-BO (SKIP-BO cards are wild, so it would represent a 1 if used to start a sequence). Once a pile has the complete 1-12 sequence, remove it from the playing area and start a new building pile. Terrible Game if Your Name is "Bo"
Discard Pile: Each player may form sequences an any of their four discard piles. There is no limit to the number of cards in the pile, nor is there a restriction on the order. The top card of your discard piles is available for forming sequences (can be played).
Playing Skip-Bo: Play begins to the left of the dealer. Draw five cards at the beginning of your first turn (and back up to five on subsequent turns). You can use a Skip-Bo (wild card) or a 1 to begin one of the four building piles in the center of the playing area. You may continue to play cards from your hand onto the building area (1-12 in sequence only). If you play all five cards in this manner, draw back up to five (this process can repeat if needed). You may also play the top card from your Stock pile onto a building piles, and can continue to play from the Stock pile as long as the play is legal. Remember, you win by running out of your Stock pile, so play from there when you can. Your turn ends when you can't or refuse to make a play. Discard one card from your hand onto one of your four discard piles. You may play the top card of any of your discard piles on any turn after the first. Play continues clockwise.
Winning the Game: Choose a point total to play to (500 is recommended to start). The winner of each round scores 25 points for winning the round and five additional points per card remaining in each other player Stock pile.
Team Skip-Bo: You can play with partners. In team situations, you can legally play from your Stock and Discard piles as well as your partners. One catch-your partner can't talk during your turn, and you can't talk during theirs. Instead, you have to give verbal commands for any necessary actions involving their cards. If the other players catch you breaking this rule, you must take two cards from the draw pile(without looking at them) and place them on your stock pile. The round ends when all of the players on a team reach the end of their stock pile.
Special Rules:
If you draw too many cards, shuffle the extra cards into your Stock pile.
If a player draws and plays out of turn and they are caught, undo any action and play continues as normal until it reaches that players turn. On their actual turn, a penalty is enforced-they must make their play without drawing from the draw pile. If no one notices that the player played out of turn, the play is legal and no penalty in enforced.
In team play, anyone on the team can continue to play from the remaining Discard and Building piles, even if a Stock pile has been depleted.

I'm trying to find the Mad Libs Card game instructions. To be more specific, I've lost the card that details what rounds are. I don't even need the card, just to know what the 6 rounds are.

Rules and Game Play
Normally, I cover the rules in the Materials section, but in this instance I feel they are better described here.

The object of the game per the instructions is to just build sentences of varying lengths based on the round you are playing. In actuality, the object of the game is to have the most points at the end. You get points for:
1) being the first to put down a sentence in a given round
2) being the winner of a round
3) playing a 10 word sentence; and,
4) for each word in your hand that is part of a complete sentence.

Note: to score points on this last part, the length of the sentence in your hand, must be equal to the required sentence length for that round (i.e., if a round requires two 5 word sentences to win, in order for you to score points in your hand, the words must be part of a 5 word sentence in your hand).

So, to start the game, you must shuffle all 192 cards and you must shuffle them well. Each set of 48 cards (e.g., nouns, verbs, etc.) come as one deck of cards in the set. So, in order to ensure some type of mixture, you really need to shuffle the decks a lot. I'm not a great shuffler, but I'm ok (having played Magic the Gathering, I'm used to shuffling 100 card decks). In any case, after shuffling the decks for about 5-10 minutes, we were ready to go (although not quite as enthusiastic as we were before).

Next, you must find paper and pencil/pen and write down 4 nouns, 4 verbs, 4 adverbs and 4 adjectives. These are to be used during the game if you get a 'MAD FIB' card. These are basically blank cards that you can insert one of the 15 words of your choice that you wrote down at the beginnig of the game. Once this is done, the "fun" is ready to begin.

The game starts by dealing 10 cards to each player. The remaing cards go into a draw pile with the top card being flipped over the first player to take if wanted. The game itself is to be played like gin. Each round you are required to make 2 to 3 sentences of varying word length, but never to exceed 10 cards (e.g., 4 and 6, 7 and 3, etc.).

The game is to go on for 6 rounds. At the end of the sixth round, everyone adds up their points and the person with the most points wins (see above for ways to score points).
