My sandisk sansa e200 was working fine then we got a new computer and it wont charge... It says its connected but its not on the computer...and it wont set up...can someone help?

To obtain the driver for your sandisk device go to http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/index.asp and find the driver for your device..and then connecct the device on the back of your computer...it should work properly..if you are still having any problems..let me know..i would be more than happy to assist you.. **** this sansa e260 the piece of **** froze on me twice and both times i took it back to circuit city and just got a new one. one suggestion when you do get this is keep the repeipt for it
Sandisk can be very finicky about picking up throught the computer. You may have to return the product for another. Better yet, ask your sandisk dealer for a new usb cord! The conductors connecting both devices could be loose and not have anything to do with the machine.
Make sure player's usb menu is set to MSC, so computer will recognize it. Not sure why, but sometimes it helps to try another usb port on the computer. Good luck.
Hi, When i connect my sansa e200 mp3 player with my computer..it showing CONNECTED on the mp3 player screen, but does not show any disk drive in my computer. No problem with computer, my pen drive is working fine with it. can someone help?
