If this was salt watercor contaminated water, then the only chance is to immediately remove the battery and rinse the Phone several times in clean pure water to remove the conductive salt / contaminated water. Then leave it to dry out in the sun or in a warm place for a few hours until all the residual moisture evaporates & drys out. With any luck the phone will turn on and work. If it was left with salt water or contaminated water for a long period before rinsing this may lead to permanent internal damage.
There is no technical solution for this problem either keep the monitor in sunlight with screen facing away from sun or in a very warm place ,If the damage has been done by the cleaner then there is no use
remove the back cover and the battery and everything what you can remove, and dry it in the natural air,not with anything for drying, for example dry it in the sun.do not try to switch on a wet phone!only when it is dry!
Scardgurl,
What you can do is remove the battery immediately.
Use your hair dryer without heat to dry up the water traces in the phone.
It will take a long time to dryup. So, dont be in a hurry.
After that insert the battery and charge it for an hour or two.
Then poweron the phone with your fingers crossed.
If it does not work, take it to the service centre of Moto.
Only when they put their hands up, should you think of buying a new one.
