The battery may be irretrievably dead, especially if, contrary to user guide recommendations, the light has been left in a drawer a long time without the recommended one minute charge every 3 months. If you want to replace the battery see the video link below, but maybe avoid getting as carried away with hot glue as the guy in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iD8xjV7isec

Samsung VP-D103 flashlight not turning off.

Hi,

Please remove the memory card and hold the power button down for 15 seconds. If that does not turn the light off, please remove all batteries from your device. Please stay away from the power outlet where the camcorder was initially charging. Thank you.

My battery loses it's charge after about 15 minutes

Without knowing the make and model of your flashlight, it's difficult to know whether you have a product with a replaceable battery. Providing that information would be very helpful.

In addition, you can try taking your light to a specialty batteries store--around here, there's a chain called "Batteries Plus." They have a large number of cross-reference books that identify all kinds of replacement batteries, and they may be able to help you directly in extracting your existing battery pack--or in telling you that it has been permanently sealed into your flashlight. Many spotlight-style rechargeable flashlights have replaceable batteries; conversely, smaller handheld rechargeable flashlights (the kind that look like they'd take 2 C or 2 D cells) are much less likely to have user-replaceable battery packs inside.

Good luck!

1992 Mazda mpv . Won't hold charge . Engine won't

The first thing to do is have the battery tested, just because you charged it doesn't mean it will stay charged if the cells are sulfated up or shorted.

Ac won't turn on heater ok all fusees an relays ok 2000 silverado

When you hit the button, does the light come on? If so, and there is no cold air try a freon charge kit with dye in it. These kits are relativly inexpesive and come with yellow glassed and a UV flashlight. Fill the freon and let it run for a couple days. Then using the glasses and flashlight in a dim area, look for splashes of green. THen you can get the oring or what ever is leaking, change it, then have a pro evacuate and re-charge the system.

Can I keep my maglite flashlight connected to the charger continuously while not in use?

It would be a bad idea. The battery would soon not be able to hold a charge. It's best to charge it up fully and then take it off the charger.

It won't light up when you hit the switch. It doesn't appear that charging it does any good.

sounds like there might be a connection problem inside the flashlight. or, simply the batteries just will not hold a charge anymore. Some rechargable batteries tend to die after awhile and wont hold their charge anymore.

My streamlight stinger xt flashlight won't charge in the holder, however, the second battery does charge in the "piggyback"

Could be a lamp holder or charger problem. I suggest going to Streamlight's website and find an authorized service center in your area or send it to the factory for repair.

Maglite charger

Hold the maglite after 30 min charge if warm means charging , if cold no charging , test the light when so bright means very good.
