SOURCE: Changing names assigned to extension numbers

I just worked it out.

Press Program
Then **
followed by your passcode (usually 1234)
Then 004
Then press next till you find Mark
Press Shift then the button under Clr
Then enter the name so for Claire start with 2 and swing the jog button round till you get a C, then press 5 and swing the jog button round till you get an l etc..
If you make a mistake press Transfer
Then when you've got your name correct press Auto Dial.

SOURCE: KX-T7433 - message light does not work

Assuming that the 74xx phone is connected to a Panasonic TD system, the only code is dialing 701 on the intercom, or pressing the MESSAGE button and dialing the 3 digit extension. You can't set your own MW, so you need to do it from another phone to your extension to test it. It also has to be the hardware number ie 101-116 or 132 and not Phantom numbers.

Your 74xx phone could be connected to a TDA or the numbering plan may have been changed, but those are obscure situations.

Hello, if you are using this phone with a 308 or 824 system, while the handset is still on the cradle / hook press PROGRAM and then the one touch button you want to assign a CO line to. Now press 0 followed by the line port number ( example 1 ). Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save the changes. Press PROGRAM to exit program mode.

SOURCE: How do I change the time on my Panasonic phone

The Panasonic TD phone system has been manufacturer discontinued for at least SEVEN years. In all that time, you never learned how to program the time?

From the book. Go to the Manager or operator phone. Press PROGRAM **1234 and dial 000.
It will let you use the FWD button to step through the date and time. Key in the numbers and press STORE.

Pick up and drop the handset back in the cradle to exit programming.

How do we make internal calls with Panasonic KX-T7433 handsets?

By default, Panasonic numbering is 101-164 and 201-264. The Intercom gives you dial tone and you dial the 3 digit extension number. Dial 0 should ring extension 101. Normal digital phones start at 101-116 on a TD816/1232 cabinet.

Panasonic KX-T7433

Each phone has an AUTO ANSWER button. Press it. It should light up and you will be in AA mode.

On a TD system, the phone can be programmed to always AUTO ANSWER. In that case the button has no AA function.

If there is no message and you just want to clear the light, press the message button on the bottom panel of the phone and then the button at the top under the display screen that lines up with "clear". That will turn off the message light.
