SOURCE: Hot tub keeps running all

If the system is the Jacuzzi 52221-05 system mentioned in the subject header, there could be a stuck relay causing the problem and you might need to get a spa technician out to assist you in repairing the problem. However...

If it is a Great Lakes system as mentioned in your message body, then there could be a programming issue allowing the filter cycle to run continuously. Provide a model number off of the Balboa control. Then we can provide you an instruction manual or reference card to assist you in resolving this problem. you can also search our online manuals at our website. You can find them online at:

Great lakes maniste hot tub comes on click like breaker tripping in tub, could it have bad fuse in tub itself?

Does the breaker trip instantly or does it take a minute? If there is a delay i would start with checking heating element. Instant is a direct short, try unplugging all components and if still trips then check wiring and breakers. If power stays on with components unplugged, plug them back in one at a time to see which one causes failure.

No power, great lakes hot tub hear click like breaker tripping, down below in hot tub could it have bad internal fuses?

Charles, sorry I just re-read your question. The click you hear is likely a contactor if its an older model, and if it clicks its probably not the problem, just means its getting voltage. I would start by looking at the high limit switch. Look for a little reset button. A high limit switch trips when it senses high temperature, often from heater trying to run with Inadequate water flow.

F2 error code

An F2 error code means usually that you have a flow issue in your hot tub or you have a part malfunction. The best thing to do with an F2 error code is to go through a trouble shooting diagnosis. Start by cutting the power and letting the unit cool down and then do a reset of the equipment. If that does not fix your issue then do a water flow check, clean your filters, release air locks, remove debris from your intakes and returns. If your problem still remains look to replace or repair fuses, heater elements, or your circuit board. I hope this helps. http://www.thecoverguy.com/backyard-blast/f2-error-code-trouble-shooting/

I need to know what kind of control pack your tub has. If you can open the side panel and tell me what brand the pack is I can tell you what the error code is for.
