Hooper assembly is not working in coping but working in 47 mode

REPLACE THE DEVELOPER ASSEMBLY TONER SENSOR.REPLACE THE SUB HOOPER TONER SENSOR,OR DC CONTROLLER

The path between the sub hooper and the developing assembly is clogged with toner.may be a developing assy.toner sensor failure,or the sub hooper toner sensor

must have the block that turns the botle toner it works well
remove the toner click on f8 and watch the block rotates or not

Remove the drum assy. and have the the drum and developer replaced along with having the drum and developer assy. cleaned and the senors that are on the assy, then have the proper procedures run after the developer and drum are installed, ALSO have the counters reset to let the copier know that new developer and drum have been replaced

that connector is located at the hooper assembly open the front door then at the right side of that machine remove the 3 screw of the hopper assembly then you will see the hopper connector maybe its not connected to the terminal jack just connect it then return all the screw you remove thats all

just open the front door of the machine then remove the 3 screw of hopper assembly then check the hooper connector maybe the connector is not connected

See if you have selected weight paper from the tray in the duplex mode.
Weight paper is selected in duplex mode only from the bypass.
So you check that the paper in the tray 1 or tray 2 must be plain paper and in duplex mode it can print normally.

inspect the door latch assembly . you should see a plunger or switch that goes in and out as door shuts also should be a plastic stem that is mounted on the door that slides in and out of the latch assembly on the door
