Have a Jazzy Select. I was riding on a sidewalk, noticed there was a slightly raised "lip" of sidewalk in my path. Chair hit that lip and batteries acted dead but when I pressed the reset button, all
COPY: "Add more details"? Certainly will add a detail I feel is very important. This power chairs' undercarriage lowest height-above-ground is ONE HALF AN INCH. I have mistakenly driven over a large "pebble" and the chair has been caused to spin out of my control. I still feel that if this chairs' undercarriage height above ground had not been made so low, this issue might never have happened.
I am hoping someone could advise what the nine lights a'flashing...NOT appearing to run back and forth on the arc...and am hoping someone might tell me what should be done next. Also what those flashing lights mean since I understand other numbers of lights indicate what a problem may be.

I don't have a Jazzy 1113 ... mine is a jet 3 ultra and the controls seem to be identlcal and it too acts similarly particularly if I come to an abrupt stop by hitting an unseen object on the floor or a slightly raised threshold.
What I do is turn it off (power button) and after a few seconds turn it back on and find that the chair is ready to go again then I back up to see what that I hit.
The chair is very sensitive to approaching a threshold and the correct method is not to do it at an angle but in a direct (not angular) fashion.
Hope it helps,
Joe
This usually requires carefully checking the path. Are the connectors corroded? Are the fuses OK? Are the circuit boards toast? Was something unplugged?
It is a pain in the neck, but you just got to go step by step and check everything.
Please download the 'Owners Manual' from the web page that I have provided the link for below. Instructions on battery replacement can be found on page 41. Hope this helps.
I tried to charge my jazzy. The charge light (red) remained on for several hours. Finally I moved the wire slightly the charge light turned green than faded to red. What is my problem? Your solution would be greatly appreciated.
check the inline fuse on the pos side of the battery it is encased in shrinkwrap,if it is loose the chair will act dead and everything will test good.I had this problem on my jazzy select14,and just happen to find it out by chance. an easy way to see if it is the fuse is to take it out and see if it works, without it.anyway good luck! and happy riding!!!
