How to master reset HTC 8100 Smartphone.

Not without doing a factory reset to the phone. If you know her Gmail account and password you can put the wrong pattern into her phone 15 times and it will ask for her email and password to reset the pattern. Outside of that there is no way to do it, and she would know her phone was tampered with. I'm a dad, I feel your pain. :)

If you forgot the security password, then you need to master reset the phone. I recommend you to contact your service provider to get the master reset code.

You have to master reset your mobile..

MAy be you have forgotten the pattern and you have tried multiple times with the wrong one . Now you have to retrieve your google password using a computer and type that in the phone . Hard reset is another option , but that will wipe all the data out putting phone to factory default .
