You cannot setup android XBMC on a laptop. You laptop will use a different operating system. To locate the proper OS and load the program to you laptop, go here:
Hello Alexis, in the bottom left hand corner is a cog icon that will take you to the settings menu. From here select system and you should see display mode at the top. Change this option to full screen. If this does not fix the problem select the option to use a windowed full screen option just below. Hope this works for you. Regards Geoff
This issue should've disappeared with the new release of XBMC, but for the record and for anyone who might experience it late (not having update their XBMC for whatever reason), here is a fix (Youtube video) for XBMC running on Windows.
