Probably, about the time it lost power is when the bearing went bad. The rotor was probably hitting the stator at that point, but the exhaust noise was so loud that you couldn't hear it. As long as it is turning, it will try to produce power, but with the bad bearing, it eventually overheated.

Belling BIM60STA . Hello. The plastic attachment which holds the glass plate in position has melted like wax twice both times when on for more than 10 minutes . What is causing this. Can I emphasize there...

Where is the melting occurring? If any metal in the oven is bare the microwaves will heat that metal. That is why the paint inside the unit is so important. One thing you can try is to remove the light inside the unit and then put a glass of water inside the oven and turn off the room light and start the oven and watch for arcing to figure out where the metal is heating up. Note that the paint inside the oven is a special paint and once arcing starts it is hard to get rid of.

What's The Main Factors Affecting the Quality of Injection Mold

There are many factors that may affect the quality of the plastic products in the process of plastic injection mold, and they can be summed up as follows:1. Plastic MaterialsThe complexity of plastic materials' performance determines the complexity of the injection mold process. The performance of plastic materials varies greatly due to their different varieties, grades, manufacturers or even different batches. Different performance parameters may lead to completely different moldings.2. Injection TemperatureThe melt flows into the cooled cavity and losses its heat due to heat conduction. At the same time, the melt generates heat due to shearing action, and this part of the heat may be more or less than the lost heat caused by heat conduction, which depends on the injection conditions. The viscosity of the melt becomes worse with the increasing of temperature. In this way, the higher the injection temperature is, the worse the melt viscosity becomes and the smaller the required filling pressure needs. Meanwhile, the injection temperature is also limited by the thermal degradation temperature and decomposition temperature.3. Mold TemperatureThe lower the mold temperature is, the faster the heat loses, due to the heat conduction; the lower the melt temperature is, the worse the mobility becomes. This phenomenon is particularly obvious when we adopt a lower injection rate.4. Injection TimeThe influences of injection time on the injection process are in three aspects:(1)When we shorten the injection time, the shear strain rate of the melt will increase, and the injection pressure which are used for filling the cavity should also be increased. (2) When we shorten the injection time, the shear strain rate of the melt will increase and the melt viscosity decreases due to the shear thinning characteristic. The injection pressure should also be decreased in order to fill the cavity.(3)When we shorten the injection time, the shear strain rate in the melt as well as the heat productivity will get higher, and meanwhile, the heat lost due to heat conduction is only a little. Thus, the higher the melt temperature is, the worse the viscosity becomes. And the injection pressure should be decreased so as to fill the cavity. As a result of the above three factors, the curve of the injection pressure which is required to fill the cavity presents in a "U" shape. That is, there exist an injection time when the required injection pressure is minimal.

Coleman 3500 with subaru engine no power to outlets

Hello there.
I'm assuming that engine runs fine. if there's no power output then the AVR or carbon brushes are dead. remove the back cover of the alternator very carefully and look at the center to find the rotor rings and check if the plastic brush holder hasn't melt or heat deformed and make sure the brushes make good contact against the rotor rings. if everything's fine then the AVR is dead. The AVR is a crescent shaped plastic container similar to this one.

replace it with any similar found on Ebay, just make sure that connectors and cables are similar in shape and number. Regards

I have a coleman powermate pulse 1850 the wore a hole in the fuel tank. Talked to coleman and they have discontiuned the fuel tank, does anyone make a after market tank to replace the orginal.

If you feel comfortable taking the tank off yourself, there are many good plastic repair compounds out there that are fuel resistant. There are products designed to go on the inside of a motorcycle tank to fill rust pinholes on older bikes. it is called kreem.

do a search on plastic repair, and try one of the two part repair compounds. Harbor freight sells a plastic welder that will allow you to melt the tank and add plastic filler rod straight to the problem area, or you can use a soldering iron to melt the hole closed. be sure to wash the tank out with dawn dish soap first to get rid of the gas residue. dry it out good before the repair.

I GOT A GENERAC GP500 ENGINE STARTS BUT DOESN'T PUT OUT ELECTRICITY

first check the brakers or fuses are still good or locked in,,,if they are then check that the brushes in the alternator are ok,,,,,
most faults are just worn out brushes,
however some times the brush box melts under the heat from a worn out set of brushes,,,,,its not often the rectifire blows unless its been over loaded

Coleman generator not putting out enough volts

What can happen with these generators is there is a shield built into them to devert the heat that is produced but it is still released into the surrounding components and causes a plastic rain guard to melt slightly around the edges and the melted plastic fuses to the armature and causes voltage drop through the brushes due to lack of contact. It is a relatively simple fix but it requires a rebuild kit that can be purchased aftermarket through your local generator dealer. It provides instructions for the rebuild but are often times confusing and it is usually cheaper in the long run and less hassel to let the dealer install the rebuild kit for you. If you do decide to attempt this yourself there is an 800 number provided where it can be registered and it will allow you to access schematics online for this rebuild. Hope this helps, good luck!

Audi A5 2008. Sometimes I totaly lose whole Audio

looks like a loose connection of the power to the audio system must be loose generating enough heat for the circuit breaker to shut off the electric power to these gadets/equipment getting affected in this manner. Tighten all the leads generally check the wiring to trace the place where excess heat may have hardened the insulation of nearby wires. Alternatively you may replace the input cable and connect everything afresh......sodeep

Dishwasher had a burning smell and smoke was coming out

If the smoke was coming from inside the dishwasher... A common problem is a plastic item , utensil etc has fallen down onto the heating element. During the drying cycle this could possibly melt the plastic and generate some smoke.
