We have purchased an out of hours message. It has been sent to us in an email. The company has sent a piece of kit which connects to the base unit instead of the handset and to our PC - presumably so we can play the email audio attachment. Can you tell me how to record this onto our phone so that it begins when the clock reaches 17:30 and stops at 09:00 Monday to Friday and then after 13:30 on a Saturday please

Our internal extension for voice mail is 850. If your phone is like ours, the 2nd button from the top is the button you use to activate the voice mail. Hit that button once, punch in 850 and hit the button again and you should be good to go.

call the voice mail extension or get into voicemail in any way. when you hear a voice dial * then 999 then 999997 for security code or use 997. Press 8 for admin features and reset your box. Default codes are your extension number +997 or just 997. Here are your manuals

Depending on what type of voicemail you have installed this should be the way to setup your voicemail. Typically if you dial your voicemail extension and press * when the main greeting starts it will ask you for your mailbox number. Usually your mailbox number is the same as your extension number and you password is defaulted to your extension number plus 997. If your password doesnt work you will have to go into the administrator mailbox which is 999. the password is usually 999997. Go to option 8 on menu then option 4. this will reset your password on your mailbox to default. Also included a website with Toshiba manuals. Hope this helps.
