If your Tmobile account is active, contact them. They have to unlock it for you. They will put up a fight about it but don't talk directly to the customer care. Ask to speak with a tech support person. Their the ones that handle it.

is it branded for t-mobile if so and you curently have t-mobile call cust care and tell them that you are going over seas and want to use your phone with a european sim they will email you the sub code.....;)
