This is not a well rated washing machine (Maytag, right?). Anyway, I have provided a link where you can download the manual (you will need the exact part number). you may find that the water sensor is not working as it should, unplug the machine take the back off locate the small 5mm pipe going upwards take it off and blow gently into it you should hear a click and one when you release the air, if so then the place you took it from is blocked, clean it out with a pipe cleaner or metal rod replace the pipe and rear panel and run the machine again, try to make Shure that you always fill the machine to its recommended load to prevent unbalanced loads eric

UL fault code indicates 'unbalanced load' which means the unbalance switch or control board may be faulty.

Sometimes it just means you have heavy items such as large towels or curtains in the wash but if it persists you will need to get it looked at.

CHECK LEGS MAKE SURE LEVEL

If the washer is truly balances (check with a level to be sure) you might just have an unbalanced load. When filling your machine with laundry, think of the tank as a big circle divided into four pie slices. Make sure you fill each of the four slices evenly. This should help,
