Roland scan motor error 0040 0040

Sounds like the motor is jammed.
This is a scan motor over current error where a large load is put on the motor movement instantaneously. Turn the power off, clear any media jam that may have occurred and turn the printer back on. If the error continues, please contact your local Roland Service Center.

2005 F150 Cd error. Can't get cd out.

It looks like the CD is jammed in there. Try using something small and thin (like a credit card) to loosen it up or pull it out. If the CD has a sticker on it sometimes that will cause a jam. If not, and it happens again you may need to replace the unit

We have purchased a Kodak ESP 9250 and we keep getting an error message saying that there is a paper jam 3528

This seems to be fault in the transport of the paper in the rollers. So if you have used any adhesive sticker printing, it is possible that some glue has got clogged into the rollers. If not there can be some jammed paper in the rollers or the mechanism.
There is a in-detect sensor, usually an opto-coupler , make sure this is not clogged or dirty as this IR detection feeds the signal to the processor for starting the motor drive feed.
Since this is a new set with a warranty do not attempt to open and tamper as the warranty may go void if there is a serious issue.

Canon MP560 paper jams and device reads error 5100. I have tried pulling out the crumpled paper, used the device's "clean paper roller" setting, with no luck. The paper still jams. Any...

So start this work only if you are mechanically able with the right tools.
Remove the covers to get access to the mechanism . Remove the motor drive assembly , the fitting of the motor to the mechanism. Once this is removed the rollers can be turned manually so that you will be able to feed a paper to see the progress of the movement while studying if there is any obstruction or damage to the paper.

Reassemble but make sure the rollers are aligned to be in equal gap to feed the paper without a side pull. Now you must print and see if the fault has changed. If not repeat the above work to confirm the area of obstruction

Ther was a sticker on the cd, cd came out sticker stayed in now there is an error problem

the sticker have peeled off and are jammed in the mechanism, if you cant get the whole sticker out by carefully using a screwdriver in the slot , you have to remove the unit and disassemble it., for later, instead of having stickers on cd's,its better to buy a cd marking pen and write directly on the cd
