Inverter Error err flashing

If the error persist after clear procedure you need to check the fixing unit . Check the inner fixing film . If film is OK ( not damaged at the edges or worn out) the problem is the fixing heater anyway is better to replace the fixing film unit complete ( film and heater)

1. Try first to clear the error
   clearing the error may not fix the fault
   Press the *with a circle around it then press 2 and 8 at the same time then press *again /press copier touch button/function/clear/error/ok button then switch off m/c on hope it works

9. Power Off/Power On: Power the unit off and back on using the switch on the side of the unit. The error will be cleared.
10. Restart eCopy:Once the unit is back up, restart the eCopy machine.

Hello tseitlenok - Typically ERR indicates that the washer has detected an error. Try reprogramming the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If error code does not clear, I would personally recommend consulting a certified technician for an accurate diagnosis and to assist with the repairs.

e020 error is of the main fuser unit u can solve it by press *28* then goto copier then function then clear and clear err dc-con err-hist jam-hist and pull both 1st and 2nd drawer now restart and when the screen is ok again restart then on main screen insert both drawers ur err will be removed -tushar sharma [email protected] -9403343433

enter service mode MENU and #, then select CLEAR, and select ERR or ALL and OK.

If these doesnt helps, you need to replace fixing unit!

Get in the service mode *28* and there under function, clear, err.

E002 Error code details Heater temperature error (fails to reachspecific level; inadequate increase)


0000　The temperature of the fixing film is as follows:
1. has exceeded 100°C, but does not reach 115°C within 1 sec thereafter.
2. has exceeded 140°C, but does not reach 150°C within 1 sec thereafter.
3. has exceeded 160°C, but does not reach 165°C within 1 sec thereafter.

Main cause
　The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact, or the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution
　To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>FCLEAR>ERR.

0000　The main thermistor reading is lower than 140°C when paper is moved.

　The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or has an open circuit; or, the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution
　To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.

1. State
　Turn on the power switch, and clear E002/E003. Thereafter, turn off and then on the power switch. Does the fixing heater operate?
　NO: See "The fixing heater fails to operate."
2. Wiring
　Is the wiring from the DC controller PCB to the fixing film unit normal?
　NO: Correct the wiring.
3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB
　Try replacing the fixing film unit. Is the problem corrected?
　YES: End.
　NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.
