It is a hardware problem.. only in service it can be solved

1. Go to the settings.

2. From the options of Personal, System, & Connections, chose connections.

3. Tap on USB to PC icon.

4. Here lies the demon. There is a small box with lengthy explanation line (probably automatically ticked) which says "Enable faster data synchronization" you just need to uncheck it and tap on ok.

Now the activesync will start working.

your usb wire is burnt try another usb wire.

Try going to htc's support site, it would have the firmware there. But in some instances, it wouldn't be there, and if that's the case then chances are they haven't released such firmware.

How does it charges?
I recomend you a very cheap (1$ us) usefull tool (check youtube for universal mobile phone battery charger)which can used for the most common accu. You only have to take out the accu from your phone justify the two needles on the ubit to the two outer pin on the accu, load it. The new generation do even have an usb connection. Makes it easier again, if you allready have the right cable.

Easy. there are three possible solutions. With the android system its even easier. You can start by plugging the USB connector into your computer. If the screens pops up (on your phone) about what kind of connection you'd like to have you simply choose the data transfer option. Your phone will then show up as an external drive on your computer. If that doesn't work, you can get an adapter for an SDMicro, plug it in and voila! It will show up as an external drive. Finally, If all else fails and you happen to have a computer with bluetooth capabilities, you can connect to your phone as a device by making your phone discoverable and transfer the data that way.

Go to 'Start > Settings > System tab > G-Sensor', and check how your browser is handled there, and adjust its settings, if needed.
