GAS OVENS 1)The spark igniter tip is dirty (can clean it with either a little wire brush or a piece of fine sandpaper).

2) The Pilot flame is too low, and the tip of the igniter is not in the flame good enough. (the flame acts as a circuit when it touches the tip & completes the circuit).

3) The spark module is no good and needs to be replaced.(But 1 & 2 are your best bet).
spark module does not sense the flame when it's on. The spark igniter is also the flame sensor which provides feedback to the spark module.

Make sure the igniter is properly aligned with the burner lighting holes and it is clean. All lighting holes must be clean too. You can enlarge them using a drill bit one size bigger.

If it would not fix the problem, replace the bake burner and the igniter.

There is a small chance for the spark module itself to be bad as well.
ELECTRIC OVENS:

CHECK THE OVEN RELAY CONTROL BOARD Aclicking sound could be something wrong with a relay. Check for any loose connections around the main control board on your oven. The click you hear is a relay losing power and switching back on. If the clock resets then something is causing power interruptions to the board.

SOURCE: gas oven not keeping temp consistant

iwould check and see if the is lighting when the ignitor glows. the oven should light after 30-45 seconds after the ignitor glows. if you have a clamp on amp meter you could make sure it has 3.0 to 3.3 amps. set the temp, wait to see the gow of the ignitor, time how long it takes for the gas to come on, if it takes a minute or two the ignitor is weak and should be replaced. if it comes on at about a minute, wait for it to get to temp and shut off, when it cycles the oven may not light when the glow bar comes on, this is also an ignitor problem. iv'e replaced many more ignitors than sensors, and sensors are more$$$. if you question the sensor, find a friend with an ohm meter and ohm out the sensor, it should read 1080 ohms at room temp (70).

GE wall oven gas model # JGRS14 won't heat past 100 and I don't see any flames

if you can see the ignitor glowing on either the broiler or the lower area of the oven then the gas valve is bad and not opening anymore, sometimes the ignitors are the culprit as they are in series with the gas valve and if weak wont let the valve open, but both upper and lower burners not operating i would suspect a gas valve first

Ovens do not come up to set temperature

most common issue wsith these gas wall ovens is faulty ignitors, i would reccomnd replaing the ignitor(s). that being said i wouuld also reccomned a servicer with experience on this model for they can be a more tricky then ohter ranges out there, and the possiblity of "shorting out" adddiont al parts is higher on this model! and no one is currently producing a double self cleaning, full sized gas wall oven, so id hate to see you ruin this one!!!

Ignition wont stop while oven is working

Egnition is a push button to a spark generator, If this is electric, the obvious answer would be turn off the electric. This should not affect the gas unless if is temp controled by electric. Usually the temp is set gy a gas regularor controlled with a knob and set before gas is ignited.

Oven wont heat up to temp set

You will need to have the thermostat looked at or replaced, it may be defective and not reading the correct temp, also try using a manual oven thermometer to check the actual temp in the oven to give you a better idea of what the actual temp is inside
