I dont know if you got disconnected or just left the chat room but please try this
take out the bottom white basket so you can see the
bottom inner of the dishwasher, then take out the centre filter and
remove the silver L shaped plate so you can see down into the lower

and pull off the dome inside you will find a pump wheel check this

and then turn the control to the water drain

machine reset button is hidden under the 2 plates at the lower front of
the machine but the screws are tricky to get to. try the pump and
control part first.

and one other thing that could be causing this is the float switch may have been inavertantly activated
