My laptop went off all of a sudden while pluged in charger.now the chrager is pluged in but its still no charning nd i also it does turn on.the board recieves power but doesnt turn on.no light or charging light goes on tho plugged in the power source.

I got a better theory when you plugged the nextbook into the wrong charger it shorted out the circuit board an cooked it get a new one and a proper charger ......Good Luck
Turn it completely off. The reason its hot andvfreezing up is two words, Youtube!!
It ttrying to watch, download or even send. Its too Much for it to be able to do. Next time turn your device off. That will stop the Rams from jamming everything ,freezing everything. But just reboot by pressing and holding the powerbutton until the device turns off and comes back on. When it turns back on release the power button.
The problem sounds like the charger plug in the ipad. When they get loose connections on the board from being dropped or the cable being pulled, the solder on the connector inside comes loose.
check your charger mabye there a hole or ripe in it. but hope its the charger and not the ipad ? I WOULD SAY TAKE IT TO THE APPLE STORE BEST WAY TO GET HELP, ITS FREE AND THEY CAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR PRODUCT.
