Not to worry are you talking about the WIFI Password or the Password to login into your wireless modem??
1. To log into your wireless modem access control which enables you to configure the Modem like Profile, Security and more first you need RJ45 cable
Connect the cable to LAN or your computer and the LAN of the Modem to enable communication between both of them you might not gain access with wireless because you will need the WIFI password
After connecting the modem with RJ45 cable make sure they are connnected below your computer on the task bar where you see clock, Time you see 2 computers blinking if you are using window XP but if window 7 you see something like a transparent monitor in white
It should be written underneath the modem
3 Talk to a customer service representive and ask to retrieve your password. You may be required to change it. Be prepared to provide security information that the service provider has on file, such as your Social Security number, phone number, address or another personal security question.
