Make sure the little white switch on the side isn't set to write protect the SD card. Try and format the SD card, it will erase whatever is on the card. To do this right click the SD card removable disk under my computer, then click format. I would make sure you select FAT16 in the options there. Then try to copy files to the card again. If it still doesn't work, try using the SD card in another machine.
If the card works in another machine, we know the SD card is good. If it doesn't work, you might have a bad card.
If the card works in another machine, try another SD card in your laptop, to make sure the laptop connector for your card is not bad.
Is it the SD memory card? or the Micro HDD(4GB) you're pertaining to. In case of micro hdd not detected or error, micro hdd socket(CF) assembly has a problem most likely, need to be replaced. SD card; check your SD card's capacity, it can handle only up to 2GB or try to format your card elsewhere and re insert it again in your camcorder, if it will prompt you "FORMAT SD CARD?" you're lucky
your main problem, is that your phone only supports up to a two GB. micro SD card, it does not come know how to read it, and there is NO software up date to fix that, just buy a 2 GB and you will be fine
The SD card format only goes to 2Gb, anything after this, is an SDHC. You are obviously trying to use this with an R4 card or similar... These will only accept micro SD, and not micro SDHC
your micro SD card may be damaged in some small way, or the card reader is a defect in it, to see which one it is, ****TRY TO BUY ANOTHER SD card, your phone can support up to a 2 GB micro SD card, if it persists, then *********** board in the phone has a defect.
