If the video card is on the motherboard, you can find the driver at MSI's website. If you have an add-on card, go to that manufacture's site. From the number you gave, it sounds like you need to go here: http://www.msi.com/language/
Your new video card might be bad. Or you just might need to reseat your new card, might have a bad connection. Not sure how new your BIOS is? You might need to change a setting in your BIOS to stop using the on-board video.
My BIOS auto detected my video card, but your BIOS might not be that up-to-date.
