Cant hear ive had my jabra bt500 for three months. It worked great but all of a sudden i cant hear any of my calls. I cant hear the ringing, nor the person if they pick up. it says its connected, so im confused.

I have the same problem. The lights are on, it's paired, and my caller can hear me. but I cannot hear the beep from pressing buttons on the jabra, nor can I hear anything from the phone.

It is not a phone problem, it is a network problem. Are you with at&t. The other person's phone, is it a VOIP landline or a cell. I work for at&t and diagnose these all the time.
When powered up and in "talk" mode (during a call) hold the volume up and down "bumps" simultaneously. This engages/disengages the headset's mute function.... Hope this helps...
I had a very similar problem. Your headset is most likely defective. Call Jabra at Jabra.com and they'll replace it for you if you still have the receipt where you bought it from.
