To upload video to Facebook hover of the application and scroll down to video.

Click upload at the top right, and then select the file you want to upload.

There are limits to what you can size the file can be make sure you check Facebook's video policy before you upload.

Then give the video a title a description and select who can and cannot view the video.

You can tag the video to show who is in it, by typing in the name of the person in the In this video box.

If you have a webcam you can record your video right onto Facebook.

From the video main screen click record. You then have to give Facebook access to your webcam. From there you will be able to record as you normally would.

I finally found out how to download the videos from the camcorder to the mac. First I called JVC Customer service and was told to go to the Pixela website and download the following: captympeg.edit.ex and use the latest version, it works but it is going to cost you $49.99. I figure I had to buy this or I would not be able to make a DVD of my recordings. Once you download is easier if you use Quicktime app.
