Depending on the type of voicemail you have, you''ll have to login to the admin mailbox. That's done by pressing your voicemail key or intercom 777.
If you have a Partnermail VS the admin mailbox is 99 with the default password of 1234.
If you mave a Partner Messaging System the admin mailbox is 0 with a default password of 1234 or 123456.
Once your into the admin mailbox press 9 for admin programming. ,3 for greetings, 1 for auto attendant number, 1 for day greeting 2 for night( if your using a night key at the receptionist station then it usus the night greeting) # to go past selector codes, 1 to start recording 3 to accept greeting hang up when done
Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00" next press the left hand intercom twice the display should say system programming enter in "#103" the display should say system time and the current programmed time enter the new time in 24 hour format press feature "00" to logout

Need to know that first.
You need to press 0 at the voicemaillogin prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#
You need to figure out what voicemail you have first? When you dial into voicemail, what does it say? Welcome to Partner Mail, partner mailVS, Partner voice messaging or partner messaging.
Are you trying to change if it rings or how it sounds when it rings?
The phone you have (Partner 18D) can be used on several different Avaya phone systems that all program differently. To change when it rings, this would need to done in the system programming (not the phone) All the manuals are avaialble on Avaya's web site but you need to know which system you have before you can start searching. www.avaya.com
