While we are not Netflix and cannot effectively answer your question, the most common problem we see here are when people do not update their email addresses when they change them and thus the service is sending the password reset message to an previous or no longer valid email address.
Have you tried recovering your password? Yahoo has ways that you can reset your password. Do you have another email address attached to the yahoo one? That way Yahoo knows where to send a password reset.
Hi Micheal, Do you have a Profile set up on the site ? If not then go to netflix.com and click on the forgot password/username link and use the same email address that you have used to set up the account initially. And they will send you the new password with the help of which you can log in/Sign in. Hope this helps.
Click the "Forget your ID or password" link at the lower right of your screen, it will help you retrieve your password for sure. And you can have your email address back...as long as you have the information needed to verify your account, one of it is the the answer to your secret question...good luck!
