Lifestyler Expanse 800 Treadmill.. What is weight of Lifestyler expanse 800 please?

The manual says you need to be able to lift 40 lbs safely to raise of lower the treadmill running platform, I I would guess twice that to physically lift it. The weight limit for a person using it is 250 lbs

98 expedition with dual air. pressures were 50 and 225 at idle at 90 - 95 deg outside. Compressor cycled and air got warm when driving. Added 12 OZ of freon. pressures went 60 and 250. added another can...

sounds like the expansion valve or the orfice may be clogged is your compressor making noise like a clinging inside if it isyou'l need to change the accumlator dryer as well as expansion or orfice along with the compressor. you could try what are the pressures with a fan in front of the vehicle if they go to 35-40 psi on low side and 200-250 psi on high side these are close to where they should be.

My pc does not permanently show western digital 160gb.it needs a hi-speed usb 2.0 controller.help me where to find the controller.

They're referring to the USB port built into the computer. Apparently your PC is older and has USB 1.1 ports? You can buy USB expansion cards, assuming it's a desktop not a laptop.

It does not recognize an 8gb sd card in storage expansion.

Your netbook should read SDHC(over 2 GB capacity) memory cards. The problem might be either the card slot driver, Which you should download if a newer one is available. Or in case you format the SD as DOS then it will only have around 2GB of space, You should format it as DOS32 or NTFS so you get the full capacity for the SD card. Some pirated rather cheaper memory cards have a lower actual capacity. With some compression technique the capacity presented is higher than it actually is. If you format it then it will show the real capacity. hope that is not the case!

Good Luck!

USB External hard drive 160 GB not recognized by desktop Windows XP OS

Very possible your problem is that this drive is not externally powered and your desktop does not put out enough power to drive it.  I'm guessing your desktop is older.  Especially if your desktop is USB 1.0 this problem would occur.  Your best bet in this case is to either mount a newer USB expansion card into your desktop, or get another externally powered harddrive and transfer data over to it from this one with your laptop.

Expansion card

The issue with the card is not song format as you said it's the card format. When you put you're it into the CPU I?m assuming that you clicked yes on the warning/and or problem window and it formatted it to the CPU. So what you need to do is find what format the hardrive /and or internal memory is and format the card to that.
